Designing the New Minutes Mojo Website
One of my favorite parts of web design is the moment when a project surprises me—in the best way. That was exactly the case with my recent build for Minutes Mojo, a new company that creates legally compliant AI-generated board minutes for HOAs, nonprofits, and municipalities.
If you’re thinking, “That sounds… practical, but not exactly thrilling,” you’re not wrong. Board minutes aren’t usually the star of the show. But that’s what made this project so much fun. The challenge was simple: How do you create a website that feels vibrant, engaging, and even a little playful—when the subject matter is anything but?
Turning Dry Content Into an Engaging Experience
Minutes Mojo wanted a site that would feel approachable and energetic while maintaining the credibility and trust essential for organizations handling legal documentation. We leaned into bright visuals, friendly language, and clean, modern UX to keep things both functional and fun.
The result is a site that doesn’t just explain what Minutes Mojo does—it invites visitors to explore. Even if you’ve never thought twice about board minutes, the design pulls you in and guides you through the service with clarity and personality.
And honestly? Projects like this prove one of my favorite things about good web design:
✨ Your industry doesn’t have to be “exciting” to have an exciting website.
With the right creative direction, even the most administrative or technical fields can feel fresh, modern, and engaging.
A Great Example for Small Businesses
If you’re a small business owner, startup founder, or nonprofit director, this is your reminder:
Your website can (and should!) reflect the best of your brand—not the dullest parts of your industry.
Whether you need:
- A complete website refresh
- A brand-new site for a new business
- A more engaging way to explain your services
- Or simply a clearer, more modern online presence
—you don’t have to settle for something that feels outdated or generic.
Minutes Mojo is a perfect example of how design, color, layout, and messaging can transform a traditionally “dry” service into something dynamic and memorable.
Your Website Should Work For You
A well-built website helps you stand out, build trust, and turn visitors into customers. It should be easy to use, visually appealing, and tailored to the real goals of your business. And yes—it can even be fun.
If your current site feels a little stale, or if you’re getting ready to launch something new, I’d love to help you bring it to life. From strategy and structure to design and storytelling, we can create a site that reflects who you are and inspires your audience to take action.
